Antipasta salad

Romain, Bibb, and Boston Lettuce wash and tear

1/4 lb. boiled ham

1/4 ib. geona salami

1/4 lb. munster/american cheese

1 red onion

black olives

cherry tomatoes

fresh mushroom

Grated mozarella

Either layer (like you would antipasto) in order to toss in a large bowl

Dressing

1 c. oil (1/2) olive 1/2 oil)

1/3 c. wine vinegar

1 garlic clove (crushed)

basil, oregano, salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp dry mustard
